NBA: San Antonio 92, Charlotte 82

SAN ANTONIO, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan's double-double of 17 points and 16 rebounds Friday sparked the San Antonio Spurs to a 92-82 win over Charlotte.

Duncan's jumper with just under 3 minutes remaining in the game broke an 80-80 tie and put Spurs ahead for good as San Antonio recorded a seventh straight win over the Bobcats.

Manu Ginobili (15 points), Marco Belinelli, Patty Mills (14 each) and Kawhi Leonard (12) also reached double figures.

Charlotte had its four-game winning streak ended despite 20 points and seven rebounds from Al Jefferson.

Gary Neal contributed 15 points and Gerald Henderson added 12.
