Two indicted in 2013 robbery of former NFL player Fulton Walker

MARTINSBURG, W.Va., Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Two men accused in the 2013 home invasion robbery of former NFL player Fulton Walker Jr. were indicted by a grand jury in West Virginia.

Charges handed down Wednesday against Raheim Doleman, 26, and Roger Doleman Jr., 27 include burglary, first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, assault, petit larceny and obstructing an officer, the (Hagerstown, Md.) Herald-Mail reported Thursday

Police arrested the two men shortly after the Aug. 27, 2013 robbery, in which they are accused of taking a shotgun, a handgun and $487 in cash from Walker, as well as striking and pushing Walker as they escaped, court documents said.

Walker, 55, played for West Virginia University from 1977 to 1980, and played professionally for the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Raiders as a defensive back and kick returner. His 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown in the 1983 Super Bowl set a record that stood until 1997.
