Olympic Medal: Men's Snowboard Cross

SOCHI, Russia, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Pierre Vaultier of France won the Olympic gold medal Tuesday in men's snowboard cross.

Vaultier was taking part in his third Olympics and this was his first medal.

The silver went to Nikolay Olyunin of Russia and the bronze was won by American Alex Deibold.
