NBA: East 163, West 155

NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 16 (UPI) -- Kyrie Irving ignited a rally with 15 fourth-quarter points Sunday, helping the Eastern Conference overcome the West 163-155 in the 63rd NBA All-Star Game.

The Eastern squad trailed by as many 18 points in the second half before Irving went to work down the stretch, finishing with 31 points on 14-of-17 shooting from the field and adding 14 assists.

Carmelo Anthony connected on 8-of-13 tries from 3-point range en route to 30 points and LeBron James provided 22 points, seven assists and seven rebounds as the East snapped the West's three-game all-star winning streak.

Paul George helped out with 18 points, five rebounds and five assists.

Blake Griffin and Kevin Durant each poured in 38 points for the West.

Durant added 10 rebounds and six assists.
