NBA: Oklahoma City 98, Portland 95

PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Kevin Durant scored 36 points on the road Tuesday to carry the Oklahoma City Thunder past Portland 98-95.

Jeremy Lamb added 10 points, including the decisive 3-pointer with 1:38 to play that nailed down the victory and extended the Thunder's lead over the Trail Blazers in the Northwest Division to five games.

Durant also had 10 rebounds in the win. Lamb had five boards and Reggie Jackson tallied six to go with his 17 points and five assists.

Nicolas Batum led Portland with 18 points. Robin Lopez was right behind him with 17 points and 14 rebounds.

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 12 points for the Blazers, who shot 37.6 percent from the field. Aldridge missed his shot in the closing seconds of the game. The Thunder outscored the hosts in the fourth quarter 18-15.
