NBA: Cleveland 93, Detroit 89

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Kyrie Irving scored seven key points in the closing seconds Wednesday, sending the Cleveland Cavaliers to a fourth straight win, 93-89 over Detroit.

Irving's surge in the final 30 seconds helped the Cavs expand an 86-85 lead and notch their first four-game winning streak since March 8-24, 2010.

Irving finished with 23 points and Tristan Thompson drained 12-of-16 shots en route to 25 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for Cleveland.

The Pistons got double-doubles from Josh Smith (18 points, 10 rebounds) and Andre Drummond (16, 17) in their final game before the all-star break.
