NBA: Golden State 102, Chicago 87

OAKLAND, Calif., Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry brought Golden State back from a big deficit Thursday and the Warriors held on late to defeat Chicago 102-87.

Curry scored 34 points, making 13-of-19 from the field in what was the Warriors' 30th victory of the year.

Chicago led by as many as 16 points in the first half, but Golden State went on a 20-6 run to close the second period and led by four at the break.

The Bulls fell to 2-3 on a six-game road trip that will conclude Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Klay Thompson added 19 points for the Warriors, who made 11-of-22 from 3-point range.

Chicago was paced by Taj Gibson with 26 points and 13 rebounds.
