NBA: New York 117, Cleveland 86

NEW YORK, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Carmelo Anthony and Tim Hardaway Jr. combined for 56 points Thursday in sending New York coasting to a 117-86 win over Cleveland.

The Knicks shot 65 percent from the field and picked up their fourth straight victory against the listless Cavaliers, who fell behind by 17 after one quarter and never made a move to get back in the contest.

Anthony scored 29 points, giving him 150 during New York's winning streak. Hardaway had six field goals from beyond the arc among his 27 points.

J.R. Smith added 19 for the Knicks and Raymond Felton had 12.

Cleveland has lost three in a row and fell for the 30th time this season. Kyrie Irving, named to the Eastern Conference All-Star team earlier in the day, led the Cavaliers with 24 points.

Anthony went 8-of-17 from the field and the rest of the Knicks made 35-of-49 shots.
