Broadus, a 6-foot-3, 186-pound wide receiver, is ranked as the nation's No. 18 overall college recruiting prospect at his position by the rating service Rivals.com.

"He told me he wants to play for a bigger school to get him ready for college," Diamond Bar football Coach Ryan Maine told the San Gabriel Valley (Calif.) Tribune in December. "We're going to miss his presence at wide receiver. We wish him the best of luck."
