NBA: Atlanta 121, Miami 114

ATLANTA, Jan. 20 (UPI) -- Paul Millsap struck for 26 points and Kyle Korver hit a key 3-pointer Monday, sending Atlanta over Miami 121-114 to snap a nine-game skid against the Heat.

Korver's triple with 55 seconds remaining gave the Hawks a 119-114 lead and Atlanta went on to top Miami for the first time since Jan. 2, 2012.

DeMarre Carroll added 19 points and Pero Antic had 17 as the Hawks snapped a two-game overall losing streak and notched just their third win in eight games.

LeBron James pumped in 30 points,Chris Bosh had 21 and Mario Chalmers put in 17 for Miami, which had beaten Atlanta twice at home this season.

The Heat were playing a third straight game without Dwyane Wade (knee). Chris Andersen, however, returned from a three-game injury absence to score eight points.
