NBA: Portland 112, Boston 104

PORTLAND, Ore., Jan. 12 (UPI) -- LaMarcus Aldridge notched 21 points and 13 rebounds Saturday and the Portland Trail Blazers handed Boston an eighth straight loss, 112-104.

Nicolas Batum provided 16 points, seven rebounds and seven assists as the Blazers posted a fourth victory in six games.

Wesley Matthews (18 points), Robin Lopez (15, 13 rebounds) and Damian Lillard (15, six assists) also played big roles in Portland's win.

C.J. McCollum came off the bench to pop in 10 points.

The Celtics, meanwhile, continued to struggle despite 25 points from Avery Bradley.

Jared Sullinger had a double-double of 14 and 10 rebounds.
