WASHINGTON, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- John Wall's double-double of 20 points and 11 assists Saturday powered Washington over Detroit 106-82 for the Wizards' fourth win in five games.
Wall posted a career-high sixth consecutive game with at least 20 points for Washington, which notched a season-high 34 assists on 43 made field goals.

Marcin Gortat provided 16 points and seven rebounds. Trevor Ariza and Bradley Beal each helped out with 15 points for the Wizards.
Greg Monroe led the Pistons with 14 points and seven rebounds. Brandon Jennings contributed 13 points and six assists.
