NBA: Los Angeles Clippers 115, San Antonio 92

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- Blake Griffin scored 27 points and grabbed nine rebounds Monday, hoisting the Los Angeles Clippers over San Antonio 115-92 in a battle of division leaders.

Chris Paul provided 23 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals for the Pacific Division-leading Clippers, who returned home after a long, seven-game road trip with a resounding win over the Southwest's top team.

Willie Green (11 points) drained a pair of 3-pointers to bookend a 19-0 run in the second period that vaulted Los Angeles into the lead for good. He finished 3-of-4 from 3-point range.

Jamal Crawford netted 17 points and Jared Dudley added 14 with seven rebounds for Los Angeles.

Tim Duncan had a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds for the Spurs, whose four-game winning streak was snapped.

Manu Ginobili contributed 16 off the bench.
