AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Dec. 15 (UPI) -- Damian Lillard connected on a jump shot at the buzzer ending the first overtime Sunday, lifting the Portland Trail Blazers over Detroit 111-109.
Lillard's turnaround jumper while being closely guarded by Rodney Stuckey gave him 23 points for the game. The Portland star went just 6-of-21 from the field.

LaMarcus Aldridge had a team-high 27 points with 12 rebounds, and Robin Lopez added 12 and 13 for the Trail Blazers, who bested the Pistons for a third straight time.
Josh Smith poured in 31 points for Detroit.
Stuckey and Greg Monroe each added 17.
