NBA: San Antonio 117, Minnesota 110

SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 13 (UPI) -- Tony Parker paced a big fourth-quarter rally Friday that propelled San Antonio to a 117-110 decision over Minnesota.

The Spurs had lost two straight to Minnesota and appeared headed toward another loss. Minnesota outscored San Antonio by 17 in the third quarter and went into the fourth period holding a nine-point advantage.

San Antonio, however, took the lead for good on a Tim Duncan layup with 2:36 to play and finished the game on a 10-2 run. Both sides came into the game having won two in a row.

Parker led the Spurs with 29 points. Manu Ginobili had 20 off the bench and Kawhi Leonard chipped in a season-best 19. Duncan scored 12 points to go with 14 rebounds.

Kevin Love was a one-man show for the Timberwolves, hitting 8-of-9 from 3-point range, scoring 42 points and grabbing 14 boards.
