NHL: Chicago 7, Philadelphia 2

CHICAGO, Dec. 11 (UPI) -- Duncan Keith and Andrew Shaw both scored during the first 82 seconds of the middle period Wednesday, igniting Chicago to a 7-2 bombardment of Philadelphia.

The Blackhawks continued an offensive outburst that began with a 6-2 triumph over Dallas 24 hours earlier.

Chicago scored five times in the second period against the Flyers to win its third in a row. The defending Stanley Cup champion Blackhawks lead the league with 51 points.

Keith tied the game at 1-1 on the power play 43 seconds into the second period and Shaw scored on a wraparound 39 seconds later.

Michal Handzus, Kris Versteeg and Jonathan Toews all added second-period goals.

The win went to Antti Raanta, who made 28 saves.

Ray Emery allowed six goals on 18 shots before being replaced by Steve Mason in the third period. The Flyers have lost three consecutive games.
