NBA: Washington 98, Orlando 80

WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Trevor Ariza scored 24 points and John Wall supplied a double-double Monday, helping Washington reach .500 with a 98-80 win over Orlando.

Ariza went 4-for-4 from 3-point range. Wall scored 16 points and distributed 13 assists.

Nene (14 points) and Marcin Gortat (13) also reached double figures as the Wizards pulled even for the first time this season (9-9) with their seventh victory in nine games.

Orlando got 21 points from Arron Afflalo but were blown out by 18 points for a second straight game.

Maurice Harkless notched 16 points for the Magic.
