TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Martin St. Louis and Teddy Purcell each scored a pair of goals Monday and Tampa Bay snapped a four-game slide with a 5-0 defeat of the New York Rangers.

Ben Bishop stopped all 37 shots he faced en route to his second shutout of the season as the Lightning shook off a disastrous road trip with a sixth straight win at home.

Nikita Kucherov scored on his first career NHL shot for the Bolts.

Henrik Lundqvist lasted only two periods in net for New York, coughing up four goals on 22 shots.
