NBA: Minnesota 106, Boston 88

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Minnesota's Kevin Love and Nikola Pekovic combined for 43 points and 24 rebounds Saturday, sending the Timberwolves over Boston 106-88.

Love scored 23 points and Pekovic added 20 while each hauled down 12 rebounds as the T-Wolves defeated the Celtics for the second time in two meetings.

Minnesota had dropped 11 straight to Boston before that.

The Celtics were paced by Avery Bradley with 27 points.

Vitor Faverani helped out with nine points and 14 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to prevent Boston's third straight loss.
