NBA: Cleveland 103, Washington 96 (OT)

WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Kyrie Irving scored 18 of his 41 points late in the game Saturday, hoisting the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 103-96 win over Washington in overtime.

Irving's total on 14-for-28 shooting from the field tied a career high. He also helped the Cavs with four rebounds and five assists.

Tristan Thompson (15 points,12 rebounds) and Jarrett Jack (13 points) also made key contributions as Cleveland won for just the second time in seven games.

The Wizards got 28 points from Bradley Beal but couldn't avoid a fourth consecutive loss.

Nene added 24 points and Marcin Gortat chipped in with 12 and 11 rebounds.
