UNIONDALE, N.Y., Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Kevin Poulin stayed hot in net with 32 saves the New York Islanders broke a four-game skid with a 3-1 win over Nashville.
Poulin allowed only a late goal to Patric Hornqvist while improving his save percentage to .939 in his last four starts.

John Tavares provided a goal with an assist for New York.
Kyle Okposo and Pierre-Marc Bouchard also scored.
Marek Mazanec, making his first career start, yielded three goals on 33 shots for the Predators.
