NBA: Indiana 99, Detroit 91

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Paul George pumped in 31 points and hauled down 10 rebounds Tuesday in the undefeated Indiana Pacers' 99-91 victory over Detroit.

Indiana moved to 4-0 for the first time in nine years with the help of C.J. Watson, who contributed 15 points en route to the win.

David West supplied 12 points and eight rebounds.

Lance Stephenson chipped in with 10 points, seven assists and six rebounds for the Pacers.

Brandon Jennings (17 points, six assists) Josh Smith (16, seven rebounds) and Greg Monroe (14, 10 rebounds) reached double figures for the Pistons, who dropped a sixth straight to Indiana.
