NBA: Minnesota 100, Oklahoma City 81

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 1 (UPI) -- Kevin Love scored 24 points and Minnesota slowed down Kevin Durant Friday to bring the Timberwolves a 100-81 win over Oklahoma City.

Minnesota has won its first two games of the season with a healthy Love playing a typically key role. Injuries limited Love to just 18 games last season in what turned out to be a dismal campaign for the Timberwolves.
