PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Nick Foles, recently cleared to practice after suffering a concussion, will start for the Philadelphia Eagles at quarterback Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.

Foles was in his second game of filling in for the injured Michael Vick when he suffered a head injury Oct. 20 and was diagnosed with a concussion.

Vick returned to the starting role last weekend but reinjured his left hamstring. He was replaced by rookie Matt Barkley, who had replaced Foles on Oct. 20.

With Vick not able to play this week, Philadelphia Coach Chip Kelly said Wednesday that Foles would get the call at quarterback.

Foles was cleared Monday to return to practice from the concussion. He's completed 52-of-90 passes for 622 yards and six touchdowns this season.

Philadelphia (3-5) travels west to meet the 3-4 Raiders.
