Perry and Langer are running 1-2 in the race for the Charles Schwab Cup, which will be awarded next week. This is the final full-field event on the Champions Tour schedule with the Charles Schwab Cup Championship in San Francisco finishing off the 2013 season.

Perry birdied five of the first six holes in his opening round and also put together a stretch of three birdies in four holes beginning at the par-5 12th.
