NFL: Seattle 22, Oakland 6

SEATTLE, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- Steven Hauschka stayed busy by making five field goals Thursday, pushing Seattle to a 22-6 victory over Oakland.

The Seahawks joined Washington as the only unbeaten teams in exhibition action this year by shutting out the Raiders during the second half.

Hauschka kicked two field goals in the second quarter and one each in the other three, the longest being 53 yards.

The only Seattle touchdown came on the Seahawks' opening possession of the game when Robert Turbin scored on a 3-yard run.

Seattle starting quarterback Russell Wilson was given brief playing time and he completed all three of his throws for 68 yards. Tavaris Jackson was 12-of-17 for 119 yards.

Oakland's only points came on a pair of field goals by Justin Medlock. The Raiders posted a 1-3 exhibition record.

The Seahawks travel across the country to open their regular campaign at Carolina on Sept. 8. Oakland will play the same day at Indianapolis.
