Meusberger, Hlavackova reach Gastein Ladies final

BAD GASTEIN, Austria, July 20 (UPI) -- Yvonne Meusberger beat eighth-seeded Karin Knapp Saturday to reach the finals of the Gastein Ladies tennis tournament in her home country of Austria.

Meusberger topped her Italian opponent 6-4, 6-3 to advance to Sunday's championship match against Andrea Hlavackova of the Czech Republic.

Hlavackova outlasted Elina Svitolina 7-5, 6-7 (1-7), 6-4 to reach her first WTA title match.
