MLB: Baltimore 7, Toronto 4

BALTIMORE, July 14 (UPI) -- Chris Davis keyed a big first inning with a two-run double and later added his 37th homer of year, powering Baltimore over Toronto 7-4 Saturday.

After Adam Jones singled home Nate McLouth with one out in the first to open the scoring, Davis made it 3-0 on his two-bagger, sending home Jones and Manny Machado.

J.J. Hardy's run-scoring single capped the outburst and the Orioles used Davis' two-run blast in the third to help take the rubber match of their three-game series heading into the All-Star Game break.

Jones also homered, going 2-for-3 with three runs scored in the victory.

Scott Feldman (1-1) posted his first victory with Baltimore, allowing three runs on five hits over 7 1/3 innings. He walked one and struck out seven.

Blue Jays starter Josh Johnson (1-5) was lit up for seven runs on seven hits in a six-inning effort.

Maicer Izturis went 2-for-4 with three RBI for Toronto.
