Warriors get Andre Iguodala in three-way trade with Nuggets, Jazz

OAKLAND, Calif., July 10 (UPI) -- Swingman Andre Iguodala was sent from the Denver Nuggets to the Golden State Warriors Wednesday as part of a three-way trade, the teams announced Wednesday.

Iguodala, an all-star unrestricted free agent, has reportedly agreed to a four-year, $48 million contract with the Warriors.

Also as part of the deal, the Utah Jazz sent guard Randy Foye to the Nuggets and guard Kevin Murphy to Golden State for Warriors center Andris Biedrens and forwards Richard Jefferson and Brandon Rush.

Utah, meanwhile, received 2014 and 2017 first-round draft picks, two second-round choices and cash considerations from Golden State, while also landing a 2018 second-round pick from Denver.

Iguodala, a nine-year veteran considered one of the top available players on this year's market, averaged 13.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.7 steals per game during his only season with the Nuggets in 2012-13.

"Andre Iguodala was a free agent that we targeted from Day 1 and we are thrilled that he chose to join our team," Warriors General Manager Bob Myers said.
