The hurler also delivered a run-scoring double as the National League West-leading Diamondbacks completed a three-game sweep of Colorado and notched a fifth straight win overall.

Aaron Hill provided a two-run double while Paul Goldschmidt and Eric Chavez each chipped in an RBI for the winners.

Rockies starter Roy Oswalt (0-4) was the loser, despite giving up only one run on two hits before leaving the game with a strained left hamstring in the second inning.

Jonathan Herrera homered for Colorado.
