MLB: Tampa Bay 3, Chicago White Sox 0

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., July 6 (UPI) -- Matt Moore notched his 12th win Saturday, combining with three relievers on a six-hit shutout in Tampa Bay's 3-0 win over the Chicago White Sox.

Moore (12-3) scattered five hits over 6 1/3 innings, yielding two walks and striking out six in logging his fourth win in four starts.

Jake McGee and Joel Peralta teamed up to blank the White Sox over 1 2/3 innings and Fernando Rodney picked up his 19th save as the Rays notched a third consecutive win.

Desmond Jennings, Luke Scott and Sam Fuld each drove in a run for Tampa Bay.

The loss was hung on Chisox starter Chris Sale (5-8), who allowed just two earned runs on six hits in seven frames. He walked one and fanned nine.
