MAYNOOTH, Ireland, June 28 (UPI) -- Robert Rock used a 6-under-par 66 Friday to pull into a tie for the lead with Peter Uihlein halfway through the European Tour's Irish Open.

With winds kicking up -- and making low scores difficult -- Rock had one of the rounds of the day with an eagle and four birdies. Uihlein had a bogey and five birdies in his second round for a 68.
