MLB: Kansas City 9, Los Angeles Angels 5

ANAHEIM, Calif., May 16 (UPI) -- Lorenzo Cain drove in three runs Wednesday, sparking Kansas City to a 9-5 victory over the Los Angeles Angels.

Salvador Perez and Billy Butler each had two RBI and Jarrod Dyson knocked an RBI triple as the Royals grabbed the rubber match of a three-game set at Angels Stadium.

Wade Davis (3-3) got credit for the win despite giving up four runs on nine hits and three walks in just 5 1/3 innings.

The Angels got two RBI and a homer from Mike Trout. Albert Pujols, Alberto Callaspo and Chris Iannetta each drove in a run for the Angels, losers in three of their last four games.

The loss was hung on Bobby Enright (0-2), who surrendered four runs on five hits before he was yanked in the third inning when Kansas City notched seven runs.

Dyson was injured when he scaled the fence trying to rob Trout of the homer. As he tried to climb down, it appeared his cleats got stuck into the fence. Dyson walked off the field under his own power.
