PITTSBURGH, May 14 (UPI) -- Evgeni Malkin stayed hot with a goal and an assist Tuesday for Pittsburgh, which opened its second-round Eastern Conference series with a 4-1 win over Ottawa.
Malkin registered at least a point in a seventh straight post-season game for the Penguins. He has racked up three goals and 10 assists in the span.

Chris Kunitz also tallied a goal and an assist, while Paul Martin and Pascal Dupuis each scored for the winners.
Tomas Vokoun turned aside 35 shots, recording his third consecutive win since taking over in net for Marc-Andre Fleury during the Penguins' previous series against the New York Islanders.
Colin Greening scored and Craig Anderson made 26 saves for the Senators.
