MLB: Toronto 10, San Francisco 6

TORONTO, May 14 (UPI) -- Toronto's Melky Cabrera went 4-for-5 with two RBI and the Blue Jays scored six first-inning runs Tuesday en route to a 10-6 defeat of San Francisco.

Edwin Encarnacion drove in two runs and Brett Lawrie added three hits with an RBI for Toronto, which banged out 18 hits in taking the opener of a two-game interleague series.

Colby Rasmus and Emilio Bonifacio each supplied two hits and an RBI for the winners.

R.A. Dickey (3-5) struck out 10 over six innings, allowing two runs on six hits while walking two.

San Francisco starter Barry Zito (3-2) was lit up for eight runs (five earned) on 12 hits in a 5 2/3-inning effort.

Pablo Sandoval clouted a three-run homer and Brandon Belt added a solo shot and two RBI for the Giants, whose three-game winning streak was snapped.
