The tournament saw weather-related delays Thursday and Friday, leaving many players to finish their second rounds Saturday morning before third-round play began. However, the tournament got back on schedule by completing the third round.

The leaders after the second round fell back in the third. Wade Ormsby shot 2-over 74 and is tied for eighth at 5-under for the tournament while Kiradech Aphibarnrat (75) slipped into a tie for 10th at 4-under and Arnond Vongvanij (76) is 3-under and tied for 15th.

Noren, with a birdie at No. 4 and a bogey at the ninth, was even through 11 holes in the third round. He posted birdie at 12 and, for the third consecutive round, birdied No. 14. A birdie at 18 pulled him clear in the lead.
