MLB: Colorado 6, Atlanta 5 (12 innings)

DENVER, April 24 (UPI) -- Yorvit Torrealba's 12th-inning single chased home Wilin Rosario with the game-winning run Wednesday in the Colorado Rockies' 6-5 triumph over Atlanta.

The decisive hit capped a comeback in which the Rockies forged a 5-5 tie in the bottom of the ninth on Dexter Fowler's two-out, two-run double.

Rosario led off the 12th with a double against Luis Ayala (0-1). After Michael Cuddyer was intentionally walked and Matt Belisle struck out, Torrealba scorched an 0-1 pitch into left field.

Justin Upton's throw was offline, and Rosario crossed the plate with the winning run.

Belisle (1-1) earned the victory with two scoreless frames.

Jonathan Herrera went 3-for-4 with a run scored for Colorado, which broke a three-game losing streak.

Juan Francisco, Freddie Freeman, Jordan Schafer and Braves starter Tim Hudson each drove in a run for Atlanta.

Hudson allowed three runs on six hits over six innings in the no-decision.
