NBA: Indiana 107, Atlanta 90

INDIANAPOLIS, April 21 (UPI) -- Paul George supplied a triple-double Sunday, helping stake Indiana to a 107-90 win over Atlanta to open its first-round Eastern Conference playoff series.

George scored 23 points -- including 17 from the free-throw line -- distributed 12 assists and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Pacers, who recorded their first win in a post-season series opener since 2006.

George Hill added 18 points and Roy Hibbert contributed 16 in the Pacers' dominating victory.

Lance Stephenson and David West each helped out with 13 points for the winners.

Jeff Teague donated 21 points and seven assists for the Hawks.

Josh Smith (15 points) and Al Horford (14) also reached double figures in Atlanta's loss.
