MIAMI, April 16 (UPI) -- Adeiny Hechavarria belted a three-run homer and Justin Ruggiano added three RBI Tuesday in the Miami Marlins' 8-2 win over Washington.
Greg Dobbs aslo drove in a pair and Juan Pierre scored twice after stealing two bases as the Marlins won for only the third time in 14 games to start the season.

Alex Sanabia (2-1) earned the victory, yielding two runs on six hits and three walks over six frames.
Nationals starter Dan Haren (1-2) was tagged for seven runs (three earned) on seven hits over 4 1/3 innings.
Steve Lombardozzi and Tyler Moore each collected an RBI for Washington.
