ST. PAUL, Minn., April 10 (UPI) -- Ray Emery chalked up 20 saves to give the Chicago Blackhawks a 1-0 victory on the road over the Minnesota Wild.
Marian Hossa scored the only goal of the game, which ended with Emery's third shutout in five starts and improved the Hawks to 5-0-1 in their last six contests.

Hossa made the difference with an unassisted goal in the second period. Hossa intercepted a pass from the Minnesota defense along the boards and went in to seal the deal with a one-timer at 15:14.
The loss sullied a solid outing by Niklas Backstrom in the Wild goal. Backstrom stopped 30 saves.
Minnesota clung to the 7th seed in the Western Conference playoff race.
