NBA: Golden State 111, Phoenix 107

PHOENIX, April 6 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry and Jarrett Jack combined for four free throws over the final 15 seconds Friday to wrap up Golden State's 111-107 win over Phoenix.

The Warriors won their third in a row and inched closer to a playoff spot. Golden State is in sixth place in the Western Conference with a 4 1/2-game lead over ninth-place Utah.

Klay Thompson led the Warriors with 25 points and David Lee had 22 points along with 14 rebounds. Curry contributed 15 assists to go with his 18 points.

Phoenix was paced by 32 points from Goran Dragic in what was the Suns' eighth straight loss.

Golden State made 51 percent of its field goal attempts and hit 9-of-16 from 3-point range.

Phoenix lost despite hitting 61 percent from the field. The Suns, however, turned the ball over 22 times and wound up taking 14 fewer shots than did the Warriors.
