PITTSBURGH, April 2 (UPI) -- Buffalo's Kevin Porter netted two goals Tuesday and the Sabres brought an end to Pittsburgh's 15-game winning streak with a 4-1 defeat of the Penguins.
The tallies were the first two of the season for the former Colorado Avalanche center.
Cody Hodgson and Steve Ott also found the net for the Sabres, who used 19 saves from Ryan Miller to end Pittsburgh's streak -- the second-longest run in NHL history.
The Eastern Conference-leading Pens' loss came in their first game without superstar center Sidney Crosby, who is out indefinitely with a fractured jaw.
They dropped their first home game since Feb. 20.
Recently acquired Jarome Iginla notched his first goal in Pittsburgh uniform while Tomas Vokoun managed to turn aside only 9-of-13 shots before being pulled in the second period.
Marc-Andre Fleury relieved and made 16 saves the rest of the way.
