LOS ANGELES, March 31 (UPI) -- A friend of Los Angeles Lakers reserve center Jordan Hill has been arrested after he allegedly crashed Hill's Bentley into a condo while drunk, police said.

The California Highway Patrol knocked on Hill's door in a Marina del Rey condo complex early Saturday after Hill's luxury car apparently slammed into the front of the building and was abandoned.

Hill was apparently not in the car when the accident occurred but he was home when officers arrived, the Los Angeles Times said Sunday.

The driver, 26-year-old Michael Lacey, was arrested after showing signs of intoxication, a CHP dispatcher told KCAL-TV, Los Angeles. Lacey and a passenger were treated for minor injuries.
