NHL: Winnipeg 3, Tampa Bay 2

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, March 24 (UPI) -- Winnipeg's Bryan Little notched a goal and two assists Sunday, helping power the division-leading Jets over Tampa Bay 3-2.

Tobias Enstrom netted the eventual game-winning tally in the second period and Dustin Byfuglien also scored as the Jets broke a two-game losing streak and established four-point lead over Carolina atop the Southeast Division.

Ondrej Pavelec earned the victory with 23 stops and Blake Wheeler contributed a pair of assists for Winnipeg.

The Lightning, playing only hours after the Sunday firing of head Coach Guy Boucher, got goals from Steven Stamkos and Cory Conacher in their sixth loss in nine games.

Cedrick Desjardins turned aside 21 shots for the Bolts.
