NBA: Oklahoma City 103, Portland 83

OKLAHOMA CITY, March 24 (UPI) -- Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook combined for 45 points Sunday, lifting the Oklahoma City Thunder over Portland 103-83 for a second straight win.

Durant supplied 24 points with 10 rebounds for the Thunder, who followed up Friday's 97-89 win at Orlando with a home victory.

Westbrook added 21 points with nine assists while Kevin Martin kicked in 11 points and Nick Collison added 10 off the bench for the Thunder.

Damian Lillard scored 19 points and Nicolas Batum provided 13 points, eight rebounds and eight assists for the Trail Blazers, who had a two-game winning streak broken.
