NBA: San Antonio 119, Cleveland 113

SAN ANTONIO, March 17 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan did it all with 30 points, 12 rebounds and five blocks Saturday, carrying the San Antonio Spurs over Cleveland 119-113.

Kawhi Leonard provided strong support with 24 points and 13 rebounds for the Western Conference-leading Spurs.

Manu Ginobili chipped in with a double-double of 14 points with 10 assists for San Antonio.

Cleveland, playing without leading scorer Kyrie Irving, hung tough for much of the game but in the end couldn't overcome San Antonio's superior firepower.

Wayne Ellington led the Cavaliers with 21 points and Marreese Speights added 19 and seven rebounds in the loss, Cleveland's seventh straight.
