NHL: Buffalo 3, New York Rangers 1

BUFFALO, N.Y., March 12 (UPI) -- Marcus Foligno scored twice and Jhonas Enroth played well in an emergency start in goal Tuesday in the Buffalo Sabres' 3-1 win over the New York Rangers.

Enroth sprang into action when Ryan Miller came down with a sinus infection and had to be held out. He responded with his first win since November 2011, turning aside 32-of-33 shots.
