NHL: Calgary 4, Vancouver 2

CALGARY, Alberta, March 3 (UPI) -- Jarome Iginla netted the go-ahead goal and Danny Taylor stopped 29-of-31 shots Sunday in the Calgary Flames' 4-2 win over Vancouver.

Iginla's tally with 7 1/2 minutes left in the third period broke a 2-2 tie and helped boost the Flames to their first victory in three games.

Mike Cammalleri scored in the first period and added an empty-netter while Lee Stempniak provided a goal and a helper for Calgary.

British-born Taylor, meanwhile, stopped all eight shots he faced in the final period en route to his first NHL victory.

Jannik Hansen supplied a goal with an assist and Chris Higgins also found the net for the Canucks, who arrived late as Calgary was blanketed by a major snowstorm.

Roberto Luongo made 30 stops in Vancouver's third loss in four contests.
