NBA: Memphis 88, Orlando 82

MEMPHIS, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Marc Gasol's 19 points and 13 rebounds Friday helped lift Memphis to a tougher-than-expected 88-82 victory over shorthanded Orlando.

The Magic had only seven players available for the game following a flurry of activity at the NBA trade deadline. None of the four players Orlando received in deals with Milwaukee and Charlotte were in uniform, but the Magic still put on a fourth-quarter rally to make a game of it.

Memphis won its sixth in a row with Zach Randolph contributing 16 points and 14 rebounds.

Orlando has lost four straight and 15 of its last 16. Arron Afflalo had 20 points for the Magic and Maurice Harkless delivered 19.
