CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Jonathan Bernier made 26 saves and held Calgary without a goal over the final two periods Wednesday in bringing Los Angeles a 3-1 win over the Flames.
Bernier was given his fourth start of the season and he boosted his record to 3-1.

Trevor Lewis put Los Angeles in front with 4:40 left in the first period and the Kings went on to win their second straight. Jeff Carter finally gave the Kings some insurance with 10:33 to play in the third.
Dustin Brown opened the scoring for the Kings 6:15 into the contest and T.J. Brodie brought Calgary its only goal with 5:09 to go in the opening stanza.
Joey MacDonald stopped 30-of-33 shots to take the loss.
